Account Registration and Merchant Responsibilities
To use our platform, you must register for an account and provide accurate details, including your name, business name (dukan name), GSTIN, address, email, and phone number.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations applicable to your business operations, including those related to product listing, pricing, and tax collection.

Delivery Services – Doot Delivery
MY DIGITAL DUKAN offers integration with multiple third-party delivery partners, such as Porter and Brozo, through the "Doot Delivery" channel. While we provide the interface for connecting with these partners, we are not responsible for:
Delays, damages, or issues caused during delivery
Disputes between you and the delivery partners
Any loss resulting from non-delivery or incorrect delivery of products.
Merchants must resolve delivery-related concerns directly with the delivery partner. MY DIGITAL DUKAN does not assume liability for delivery failures or mishandling by these third parties.
Payment Gateways
We integrate with trusted payment gateways such as Paytm and PhonePe to process online payments. However, MY DIGITAL DUKAN is not responsible for:
Payment failures or delays caused by these third-party payment providers
Discrepancies in amounts received
Security or data breaches on the payment gateway’s platform.
